Payments are processed securely by Shopify

ALL postage costs within the UK are included in the retail price. 

We use Royal mail First class confirmed service for all orders under 1kg. This is a signed for delivery service and has an insurance value of £50. We offer courier delivery for all items over 1kg in weight. This service allows for packages up to 30kg.  The courier we use is CSM. 

All packages will need to be signed for on delivery, and will normally be delivered within 2-5 working days from date of ordering (this may occasionally vary, for example at particularly busy times or during holiday periods. If you need something in a rush please check with us before ordering to make sure we can get it to you in time.)

We can ship to the following countries within EU. (Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Poland, Sweden)

Depending on your country, prices start at £25.00, allowing for packages up to 30kg, and will take approximately 5-15 working days depending on your country.

You may like to give a work address if you will not be at home to sign for the parcel when it is delivered. Need something fast? We may be able to arrange Next Day Delivery - please Contact us before ordering to check if we can get your order to you in time. We try and post everyday but as stated in our terms and conditions, sometimes life gets in the way. If you have any problems at all whilst placing your order, or questions about products or ordering, please do not hesitate to Contact us, and we will do our best to respond within 2 working days.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your Cosmic Ron's purchase. However if it is faulty you can return it. Please notify us first here. We cannot accept any items returned if the seal has been broken. Once the customer has contacted us and a return has been agreed please send your item/s to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The item you are returning is your responsibility until it is received by us. You may like to obtain a proof of posting at the time of sending. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty, in which case the policy is extended to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. You can re-use the original packaging to send it back to us. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the returns policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK:  A Customs Form will be required by your country’s postal service for international shipping. When you fill in this form, PLEASE make sure that you tick ‘RETURNED GOODS’ (NOT ‘Commercial Goods’) otherwise we will be charged import tax on your return and will need to deduct this from your refund! If this option is not listed on the form, please tick ‘Other’ and write ‘Returned Goods – exempt from import tax’. THANK YOU!

Please allow extra time for the processing of your return if you are returning items from outside of the UK.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. If there are any problems or questions that we have regarding your return, we will contact you by email.

 

Due to the nature of our goods, we cannot offer exchanges. Please contact us before you purchase should you have any questions with regarding technical application, or the colours of any of our products.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you have returned an item and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Make sure you are checking the correct account from which you made payment. If after 14 days you still have not received your refund, please Contact us.
